July means the Tour De France! Come out to watch one of the most spectacular cycling documentaries of all time, "Chasing Legends" which follows Mark Cavendish through the 2009 Tour. The film has won nearly a dozen international awards and has been screened in over 1,000 theaters world wide.

The film is not just for cycling fans, it features the stunning French landscape and tells the storied history of the Tour. The film also explains in layman's terms what to many is a very odd yet intriguing event. The soundtrack was written and recorded by award-winning composer Haik Naltchayan.

Light fare will be available. Try some samples of McClintock's finest spirits and help raise money for Frederick animals in need through Frederick Friends of Our County Animal Shelter. Why Does Our County Animal Shelter Need Friends? In FY2015, FCAC took in more than 4,500 animals. As a county agency, the shelter is not allowed to solicit donations on its own behalf. That's where Frederick Friends of Our County Animal Shelter (FFOCAS) comes in. You can donate w/o attending the event, just click the "SUPPORT US" button below.

Doors open at 6pm, screening begins at 7pm, film runs 90 minutes. Frederick resident and director Jason Berry is hosting this very special, one-time screening. We will have raffle items to help make the evening more fun and raise more money.
